  • Boiling Water: 1 cup

  • Pot
  • Electric or Hand Mixer
  • Immersion Blender or Food Processor
  • A Mold of Your Choice
  • Bowl
  • Strainer

Recipe:

  1. Prepare the Strawberries: Wash the strawberries and remove their leaves. Then, completely puree them using an immersion blender or a food processor.
  2. Make the Dessert Base: Pour the milk and sugar into a pot and place it over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then, add the strawberry puree to the milk and sugar mixture and stir for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Gelatin: Mix the gelatin powder with cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes until the gelatin has completely absorbed the water. Then, dissolve the gelatin mixture completely using a double boiler (or over a pot of simmering water).
  4. Prepare the Jello: Pour the strawberry jello powder into a bowl and add the boiling water. Then, place the bowl over a double boiler until the jello is completely dissolved.
  5. Mix the Ingredients: Add the cream to the milk, sugar, and strawberry mixture and stir. Then, add the dissolved gelatin and jello to the mixture and blend with an electric or hand mixer for 1 minute until the ingredients are completely uniform.
  6. Pour the Dessert into the Mold: Pour the prepared mixture into a mold of your choice and refrigerate for at least 5 hours until it becomes completely firm.
